Hello Everyone !!
Im Chris Lanston , a celebrity makeup artist and tv personality. A lot of people have suggested that i start blogging. So.... Here I am doing just that.
First i wanna introduce myself you and the world a little more by telling you about who I am.
Ive been a makeup artist for 12 yrs now and love it. I have got the pleasure of working and being seen on shows such as THE TYRA BANKS SHOW , MY SUPER SWEET 16 WITH EVA PIGFORD (AMERICAS NEXT TOP MODEL) , KRISTINE DAVIS COLLECTION (SEX AND THE CITY) and have been published in magazines such as BEAUTY MAGAZINE , SUPERMODELS UNLIMITED MAGAZINE , STYLE MAGAZINE , ETC.
Currently , I just finished taping a reality series called TO BE A STAR which features NICOLE MILLER , super model COCO MITCHELL and MARIANA VERVERK (hollands top model). I was one of the mentors advising 6 aspiring young ladies to be stars in the industry, and yes.. I did makeup for the shoots.
I have also has the pleasure of working with MISS USA (CHELSEA COOLEY) , ASHLEY EVERETT (SINGLE LADIES , EGO , SWEET DREAMS) , MADINA LAKE , MISS TEEN AMERICA 2009 , AND MORE.
My goal is to keep making the world beautiful by my art , that i was self taught on. Im compaired alot to the legendary late makeup artist , KEVYN AUCOIN.
My work is mainly beauty and editorial but can do catalog and commercial as well and sometimes a wedding or two , lol.
